These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getdebtrelief.net (the “Site”), operated by GetDebtRelief.net (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of Our Service

GetDebtRelief.net is a free marketing and lead generation service. We are not a debt settlement company, debt management provider, credit repair organization, credit counselor, lender, or law firm, and we do not provide debt relief, financial, tax, or legal advice. We connect consumers interested in debt relief with independent third-party providers (“Partners”) who may offer such services. We may receive compensation from Partners for matching you with them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and submitting information about yourself (not another person) to use the Site.

3. No Guarantee of Results

  • We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a Partner, qualify for any program, or achieve any particular result.
  • Debt settlement results vary. Savings claims describe historical results some consumers have achieved and are not a promise of your outcome.
  • Debt settlement programs can negatively affect your credit, may result in collection activity or lawsuits by creditors, and forgiven debt may be taxable. Review all program terms with the Partner before enrolling.

4. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you provide prior express written consent for GetDebtRelief.net and your matched Partner(s) to contact you as described in the consent language on the form and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time via our Do Not Call page.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for any inaccuracies in the information you submit. Submitting false information, information about another person without authorization, or automated/bot submissions is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Services

Any engagement between you and a Partner is solely between you and that Partner. We are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, any agreement, service, or dispute between you and any Partner. We do not endorse or warrant any Partner's services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including the GetDebtRelief.net name, logo, text, graphics, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETDEBTRELIEF.NET AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY PARTNERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetDebtRelief.net from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@getdebtrelief.net.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we maintain our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
